Prior to joining the Global District team, Carlos was a secretary in the Ninth Criminal Chamber of the First Instance Court of the National District where he gained experience in private action criminal cases, as well as assistant to the presiding judge in the Superior Administrative Court, gaining then experience in the processing of contentious-administrative cases.
He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD).
